About the Event
Given the particularly heavy times, we'll pause the next installment of Decolonizing & Reclaiming and focus this week on embodied meditation practices of Karuna training, while spending more time in affinity groups. This gathering is open to all, BIPOC and White-bodied folks, regulars and newcomers.
Two hour program will include:
- Welcome and check-ins
- Meditation practice led by Naoko Kojima
- Affinity breakout group discussions
